Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AP Creative ("we," "us," "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at intoap.com and the services we provide.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us:

- Project details — the content, text, photos, logos, and information you send us to build your site.
- Messages — anything you send through our contact or customization forms.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing status; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data, gathered by our hosting provider and any cookies described in Section 5.

5. Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and to keep it secure, plus basic usage measurement. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this section.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer and as long as needed to provide the services, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.
7. Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages. To make a request, email us at the address in Section 10 — we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we honor reasonable requests regardless.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected and to limit access to what's necessary.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
