How does it work after I sign up?
You fill out a short customization form (business name, photos, services, brand color). We build your site, you review it, we launch it on your domain — usually in about 3 weeks. After that we host it and keep it updated.
Do I own my website?
It's your brand, your domain, your content. The monthly covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and support — the same way every modern managed site works.
What if I want changes later?
Just ask. Small edits are included on every plan — no logging into anything, no extra invoice for a phone number change.
What's the monthly strategy call?
Every plan includes a once-a-month video call (phone works too — your choice). We go over how your site performed that month, talk through any updates you want to make, and plan out any specials or promotions you'll be running — so the site keeps working for you, not just sitting there.
Do you do SEO? What about “GoDaddy does my SEO for $50”?
Worth knowing: at that price GoDaddy gives you an SEO tool — a wizard that suggests keywords and asks you to do the work. The version where a human actually does your SEO is their “Managed SEO,” which runs several hundred dollars a month. We’re different on both counts. Every site we build is SEO-ready from the ground up — fast, mobile, and structured the way Google rewards (a slow template can’t rank no matter how many keywords you stuff in). On Growth we do your on-page SEO and Google Business Profile for you; on Pro we add ongoing local SEO and monthly reporting. And every plan’s monthly strategy call is a real person looking at what’s working — not a dashboard handing you a to-do list.
Are there any hidden fees?
Just two clear numbers: a one-time launch fee to build and go live (DIY template $299, we-launch-it $995, or full custom from $2,500), then your flat monthly care plan. Hosting, maintenance, updates and support are all in the monthly. No surprise invoices.
What if I don't love it?
We build it, you review it, and if it's not right we rebuild it until it is. The one-time launch fee covers the build either way — but you won't go live with something you don't love.
Can I save by paying yearly?
Yes — prepay a year of your care plan and you get about two months free versus paying monthly. Starter is $1,000/yr (save $200), Growth $2,000/yr (save $400), and Pro $5,000/yr (save $1,000). Same plan, locked-in rate.
Can I cancel?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Month to month.
