APAP CREATIVEANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
the number nobody shows you

What is your website
costing you?

Most small-business sites quietly leak customers every single day — slow, clunky, forgettable. Plug in your own numbers below and see, in real time, the revenue a better website would actually bring in. No signup to see your number.

How to use this
  1. Pick your type of business — that sets sensible starting numbers.
  2. Drag visitors & customer value to match you, then paste your URL into Score your site — Google sets the improvement for you.
  3. Read your number on the right & see what each plan is worth. Open Fine-tune to adjust anything.
Nothing to sign up for — your number shows instantly.

Your business

Three quick numbers. Don't overthink it — estimates are fine, and you can drag everything.
10020,000+
Drag for a ballpark, or type an exact number in the box. Not sure? Check Google Analytics — a typical local business sees 500–3,000/mo.
$20$20,000+
One job, sale, or visit — or a year of repeat business if that's how you think about it. Type the exact figure in the box.
Score your current site — live, from Google
Optional but powerful. Paste your website and we'll pull its real mobile speed straight from Google, then set the improvement below from that — not a guess. See how it works →

These are projections, not guarantees. They're built from real market data and the numbers you entered — every business is different, so we can't promise an exact figure. But the proof is in the pudding: before you pay a cent, we'll show you the live speed difference on your own site and build you a working demo. You judge.

Estimate only, based on the numbers you entered and conservative, published industry benchmarks. Not a guarantee of results — every business is different. See exactly how it's calculated below.

How this is calculated

No black box. Here's every number, every formula, and every source — so you can check our work. That's the difference between this and an inflated agency pitch.

The formula
We model your site as a funnel with one leak: visitors who don't convert. A better site narrows it.
Your site as a funnel — a better one plugs the leak:
Monthly visitors everyone who lands
Customers now × your conversion %
With a better site ← the gap
That orange slice — the extra customers a better site converts — × your customer value × 12 months = the figure up top.
Your visitor count and customer value are your numbers. The only assumption we add is the improvement %, and we default it to the conservative end and let you drag it.
Where the "better site converts more" number comes from
Google commissioned Deloitte's "Milliseconds Make Millions" study — 37 brands, 30M+ user sessions. A 0.1-second mobile speed improvement lifted retail conversions +8.4% and travel +10.1%. Separately, Google's analysis of 900,000+ mobile pages found that going from a 1-second to a 3-second load makes a visitor 32% more likely to bounce (90% by 5 seconds).

Most outdated small-business sites are seconds slow on mobile — a far bigger gap than 0.1s. So a default of +15% from speed, mobile fixes, and a clearer path to "contact us" is deliberately conservative.

Even better: hit "Score your current site" up top. We pull your page's real mobile load time live from Google's PageSpeed Insights and set the improvement from your measured speed — so the one number that isn't already yours becomes a fact, not an assumption. We map it conservatively: 6% baseline, plus ~4% for every second you load slower than Google's 2.5-second "good" mark, capped at 30%.

Where the default conversion rate comes from
The 2.9% default is the average website conversion rate across 14 industries (Ruler Analytics). Most service businesses land between 2% and 5%; legal often runs 7%+, e-commerce closer to 1.8%. If you know your real number, drop it into "Fine-tune the details."
The repeat-business upside (and why it's kept separate)
Bain & Company and Harvard Business Review found that increasing customer retention by just 5% can raise profit 25–95%, and that keeping a customer costs 5–25× less than winning a new one. A living website — one people actually enjoy coming back to — is one lever on retention.

We keep it out of the headline number on purpose and only count it inside the Pro plan — because Pro is what adds the email & review follow-up that actually drives repeat business. Those studies prove retention is valuable; they don't prove a website alone guarantees it. Calculated conservatively: this year's customers × the % more who return × your customer value.

The "answer first" lever — where the Growth number comes from
Growth adds instant lead alerts (text + email the moment someone enquires), so you're the first to respond. The research on this is brutal: MIT's Lead Response Management study found that contacting a lead within 5 minutes vs 30 minutes makes them 21× more likely to qualify (and 100× more likely to even reach). Harvard Business Review's analysis of 2.24M leads found firms that respond within an hour are ~7× more likely to qualify the lead than those who wait just an hour longer.

Most small businesses take hours to reply — so being first wins business that's currently slipping away. We model it as a conservative default of +6% more customers, applied to your post-site customer base, and you can drag it. (We deliberately don't use the popular "78% buy from the first responder" stat — it has no traceable source.)

Why each plan is worth a different number
Each plan does a genuinely different job, so each one earns a different gain — they stack, just like the plans do:

Starter = the conversion lift above: a fast, modern, mobile site converts more of the traffic you already have.
Growth = Starter + the "answer first" lever (instant lead alerts catch leads you're losing).
Pro = Growth + new traffic from done-for-you SEO & social, + the repeat-business upside from email/review follow-up.

The traffic figure for Pro is a lever we deliver, not a fixed published stat — SEO results vary, so we show it as an adjustable projection (default +10% visitors) and you decide what's fair. Every increment is conservative, capped, and yours to change.
What this is NOT
Every figure here is a projection, not a promise. It applies published market data to the numbers you enter — your business is unique, and results vary, so we genuinely can't guarantee an exact dollar amount. We built it to be honest on purpose: conservative defaults, sources shown, every assumption yours to change. But the proof is in the pudding — before you pay a cent, we'll score your real site against ours live and build you a working demo. The estimate gets you curious; the demo earns the deal.

That gap is real money. Let's go get it.

We build the site, host it, and keep it sharp — so it actually closes the gap instead of just sitting there.
